02 Proprietary Intelligence
The software, algorithms, graph architecture, and visual representations used to provide our intelligence services are the exclusive property of GlobeGraphPath. This includes all custom path intelligence data modeling techniques developed by our laboratory.
Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to view the data provided via our public-facing methodology pages. Reproduction, decompilation, or systematic extraction (scraping) of our graph quant datasets without explicit written consent is strictly prohibited.
03 System Usage Constraints
Mandatory Compliance
Users must not attempt to reverse-engineer our pathing logic or use our intelligence outputs to train competing machine learning models without a specific enterprise-tier license.
Prohibited activities include any attempt to inject malicious code into our modeling interfaces, interfering with service performance, or misrepresenting the source of data derived from our graph quant analysis.
04 Limitation of Liability
While GlobeGraphPath maintains rigorous standards for its quantitative research, our intelligence reports are provided "as-is." We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the commercial viability or future predictive accuracy of the models provided.

05 Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Tokyo.
